Classes

This is the starting line. Scott will guide you through a 6 week journey to develop and outline your feature film idea. A meditative movement through core story elements and character creation to discover the meaning and structure lying within your idea. This is a small group class and is built for writers of all levels.

In this 8-week script writing class, Scott leads a tight-knit group of five writers through the process of writing the first draft of their script! Using the 8-sequence approach as the template, each writer will bring in one sequence (approximately 10-15 script pages) per week for a group table read. Scott leads a supportive, insightful feedback session that helps keep each writer on track and gives them a deeper understanding of their developing film script. By the end of week eight, you will have a completed first draft that is light years ahead of what you would’ve attempted on your own.

This is for experienced writers and those who have completed Levels One & Two. A 12 week small group class to rewrite or develop a new script. We use the same core concepts from Levels One & Two, but it is more fluid and writer led. Includes a 1:1 60 minute session w/ Scott to go deeper with the idea.

During a Script Consultation, Scott will read your script and you will receive extensive feedback. In a 60-minute Zoom session, you and Scott will take a deep dive into every aspect of your script.
